The Louisa County Historical Society provides research materials located within our Purcell Research Library. including resources on general Louisa history, past issues of the Louisa County History Magazine, family histories, county records such as deed and will abstracts, marriage records, and more. There is also a guide for finding records in the Louisa County Courthouse.
Stop by the Sargeant Museum during our public hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm) and use the resources in our research library.
